2024 Calendar of Events

The American Society of Pediatric Hematology/Oncology Conference featured education and networking events for investigators and practitioners from every sector including hospitalists, physician assistants, advanced nurse practitioners, other advanced practice providers, and allied healthcare professionals.

The American Association for Cancer Research (AACR) Annual Meeting 2024 focused on the latest findings in translational and clinical cancer research, as well as population science, prevention, survivorship, and advocacy.

 

The 5th Annual MPN-MDS US Focus Meeting will take place April 19-20 2024 in La Jolla, California, and will reflect the theme, “International Knowledge and Clinical Practice in 2024.”

Through presentations, discussions, debates, and more, the meeting will provide an opportunity for sharing knowledge, skills, and experiences, as well as networking with leading experts in myeloproliferative neoplasms (MPNs) and myelodysplastic syndromes (MDS).

The chairs of the MPN-MDS US Focus Meeting are Prithviraj Bose, MD, of MD Anderson Cancer Center, and Rami Komrokji, MD, of Moffit Cancer Center.

The British Society for Haematology 64th Annual Scientific Meeting focuses on the latest research in the field of hematology.

“The HemOnc Pulse” will be live in Chicago on May 3-4 with host Chadi Nabhan, MD, MBA, FACP, as he curates all the latest news in hematology oncology with leaders in the field.

Faculty guests include Elias Jabbour, MD; Jamile Shammo, MD; Rafael Fonseca, MD; Sanam Loghavi, MD; and many more!

The American Society of Clinical Oncology (ASCO®) Annual Meeting will feature over 200 sessions complementing the theme, “The Art and Science of Cancer Care: From Comfort to Cure.”

The European Hematology Association (EHA) 2024 Hybrid Congress will feature plenary lectures, oral presentations, poster sessions, and interactive workshops that will cover various topics such as hemostasis and thrombosis, hematologic malignancies, transfusion medicine, and hematopoietic stem cell transplantation.

The 3rd Annual AML-ALL US Focus Meeting 2024 will take place July 11-13, 2024 in La Jolla, California, and will feature presentations, discussions, debates, and networking opportunities with leading experts in acute myeloid leukemia (AML) and acute lymphoblastic leukemia (ALL).

The chairs of the AML-ALL US Focus Meeting are Naval Daver, MD, and Elias Jabbour, MD, of the MD Anderson Cancer Center, and Eunice Wang, MD, of Roswell Park Comprehensive Care Center.

At the 2024 Debates and Didactics in Hematology and Oncology Conference, faculty from the Winship Cancer Institute of Emory University and leaders from across the nation will engage in debates and lectures on controversial topics and evolving standards of care in the field of hematologic oncology.

At the 2024 Seattle Cellular Therapy Summit, leading experts in hematologic malignancies and cellular therapies will provide an overview of current and emerging strategies for the management of lymphoma, myeloma, acute leukemias, and solid tumors.

The Twelfth Society of Hematologic Oncology (SOHO) Annual Meeting will be held September 4-7, 2024 in Houston, Texas. The meeting will feature presentations and sessions that focused on the latest advances in the field of hematologic oncology.

The Inaugural CLL-Lymphoma EU Focus Meeting will take place September 20-21 2024, and will feature presentations, discussions, debates, and networking opportunities with leading experts in chronic lymphocytic leukemia (CLL) and lymphoma.

The chairs of the CLL-Lymphoma EU Focus Meeting are Susan O’Brien, MD, of the University of California Irvine Medical Centre; Christopher Flowers, MD, of the MD Anderson Cancer Center; John Gribben, MD, of Barts Cancer Institute; and Pier Luigi Zinzani, MD, of the University of Bologna.

The National Comprehensive Cancer Network (NCCN) Annual Congress: Hematologic Malignancies will feature presentations and interactive discussions highlighting the treatment options and supportive care for a variety of hematologic malignancies.

The 21st International Myeloma Society Annual Meeting will take place in Rio de Janeiro, Brazil from September 25 to September 28, 2024.

The 2024 Summit on Hematological Cancers will features an overview of current and emerging strategies for the management of various hematologic malignancies provided by leading experts in the field.

The 16th International Congress on Myeloproliferative Neoplasms (MPN Congress) will feature speaker presentations, Q&A sessions, networking opportunities, and one-on-one discussions with experts in the field of MPN.

The Society for Immunotherapy of Cancer (SITC) 39th Annual Meeting will feature research presentations by experts in the field of cancer immunotherapy, oral and poster abstract presentations, and networking opportunities.

2024 SOHO Highlights: State of the Art and Next Questions is a virtual, one-day meeting that will provide an overview of the latest advances in hematologic malignancies and a preview of where the field is going next.

The 66th American Society of Hematology Annual Meeting and Exposition  will take place December 7-10, 2024 in San Diego, California.
