Sanam Loghavi, MD: 'The HemOnc Pulse' Live Sheds a Spotlight on Hematopathology

Dr. Loghavi, an Assistant Professor in the Department of Hematopathology at the University of Texas MD Anderson Cancer Center, reflects on the significance of “The HemOnc Pulse” Live. The inaugural event will be hosted by Chadi Nabhan, MD, MBA, FACP, in Chicago on May 3-4.

Dr. Loghavi will be participating in the myelodysplastic syndromes, acute lymphoblastic leukemia, and myeloproliferative neoplasms panels on May 4.

The event “highlights the role of hematopathology in the diagnostic and treatment journeys of patients with hematopoietic neoplasms,” Dr. Loghavi said. “I’m grateful to shed a spotlight on hematopathology and what we contribute to these patients.”
